You had quite a few challenges with the Yom Tov prep and it sounds like you handled them well. I try to remind myself to be grateful for when things run smoothly and to not overreact when mishaps occur, but it's an ongoing process and sometimes I lose my bananas (an expression I learned from a friend and find so descriptive!). I am doing the bare minimum of prep this week and am grateful I can pull food out of the freezer to serve this week. Thanks for sharing your reality and reminding me to focus on what is really important.
